Maya Ziadeh is responsible for the expansion of Accor’s Premium, Midscale and Economy brand portfolio across the Middle East, Africa & Turkey region.

In addition to leading and delivering the strategic growth, Maya will focus on expanding the franchise and management business in key markets, alongside identifying strategic partners, and maintaining strong relationships with current owners and partners.

Maya brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with key signings in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Oman and Kuwait.

Prior to joining the development team of Accor in August 2022, Maya held development positions at InterContinental Hotels Group and Marriott International based in Dubai.
Maya holds a degree in Law from the Lebanese University in Lebanon and certificates from Cornell in Real Estate Investment and Asset Management and Control of Hotel Real Estate.
