Already home to the Middle East’s largest economy, population and construction market, Saudi Arabia is now embarking upon an incredibly ambitious programme of economic diversification and liberalisation in-line with its “Vision 2030” strategy.

Vision 2030 involves a complete refocusing of the national economy away from oil towards the further development of large-scale infrastructure development, real estate, tourism and services. Large-scale construction projects range across a variety of sectors with a particular focus on tourism and hospitality, retail, commercial and residential real estate development. This massive wave of construction projects – including several entirely new cities - is set to reach a value of $800 billion in coming years, all of which will require international interior design and fit-out services.
